At Dessert Dine, each cake is handcrafted with love and care, made specially to your custom specifications. As cakes are perishable and personalized items, we do not offer returns. However, we do have a fair and transparent refund policy in place for rare situations.

As all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns once the cake has been delivered or picked up.

Incorrect Order

If you receive the wrong cake (wrong flavor, design, or size not as ordered), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.

Damaged Cake on Delivery

If your cake is delivered in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, notify us immediately with photos. We will review the case and process a partial or full refund depending on the damage.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable, as preparation will already be underway.
