Welcome to Dessert Dine! By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

1. General

Dessert Dine is an online custom cake shop delivering within Dhaka city only.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

All cakes are made-to-order based on the customer’s selected design, flavor, and specifications.
Orders must be placed with sufficient notice. Last-minute orders may be subject to availability.
Once confirmed, changes or cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing the order, or at least 24 hours before delivery time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in BDT (৳) and may change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods.
Orders are not processed until payment is received and confirmed.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Dhaka City only.
Delivery charges vary by location:
- Bashundhara R/A: ৳60
- Other areas: ৳200–৳350 (based on distance)
Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet deadlines, we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

5. Product Quality

Our cakes are made using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Designs may slightly vary from reference images due to manual craftsmanship and material availability.
If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us at the time of order. While we take precautions, we do not guarantee allergen-free products.

6. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable and custom-made, returns are not accepted.
Refunds are only issued in cases of valid complaints such as wrong item, damaged product, or delivery issues. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process.
You must not use our site or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dessert Dine website (images, logos, text, etc.) is the property of Dessert Dine and protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse or reproduce it without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dessert Dine is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
